4. Using the WebSite

4.1 Image
We will deliver your images in 24 hours and keep them as a backup for the next 15 days. after 15 days we will delete them permanently. So, we are unable to provide you images after 15 days. your image’s property will stay secured and kept safe for 15 days. and we will not use your image anywhere. For Free Trial we can use your images as a portfolio on our website.
4.2 Account Creation and Passwords
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Our Services
Clipping Path Shop provides Clipping path, Background removal, Shadow creation, Ghost mannequin, Image retouching, Image masking, Color variants, Jewelry retouching, and other Photoshop-related services. Clipping Path Shop requires full payment when you submit your order for Services unless otherwise agreed upon by both Parties. You can request a quote and free trial before purchasing our services. 5. Rights We Grant to You
The Clipping Path Shop and the Content are the property of Clipping Path Shop. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make use of the Site, and a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make personal, non-commercial, entertainment use of the Content (the “License”). This License shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or Clipping Path Shop. You promise and agree that you are using the Content for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and that you will not redistribute or transfer the Site or the Content.
All Clipping Path Shop trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Clipping Path Shop brand (“Clipping Path Shop Brand”) are the sole property of Clipping Path Shop or its licensors. The Agreements do not grant you any rights to use any Clipping Path Shop Brand whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
You agree to abide by our User guidelines and not to use the Site, the Content, or any part thereof in any manner not expressly permitted by the Agreements. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Agreements, Clipping Path Shop grants no right, title, or interest to you in the Site or Content.
6. Third Party Applications
Clipping Path Shop is integrated with third-party applications like Woocommerce, 2Checkout payment gateway, Paypal, WordPress, Themeforest theme, Plugins (“Third-Party Applications”), to make available content, products, and/or services to you. These Third-Party Applications may have their own terms and conditions of use and privacy policies, and your use of these Third-Party Applications will be governed by and subject to such terms and conditions and privacy policies. You understand and agree that Clipping Path Shop does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the behavior, features, or content of any Third-Party Application or for any transaction you may enter into with the provider of any such Third-Party Applications.
7. Rights You Grant Us
In consideration for the rights granted to you under the Agreements, you grant us the right (1) to allow the Clipping Path Shop Service to use the processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware on your Device in order to facilitate the operation of the Service, (2) to provide advertising and other information to you, and (3) to allow our business partners to do the same. In any part of the Clipping Path Shop Service, the Content you view, including its selection and placement, may be influenced by commercial considerations, including agreements with third parties. Some Content licensed, provided to, or otherwise made available by Clipping Path Shop may contain advertising as part of the Content. In such cases, Clipping Path Shop will make such Content available to you unmodified.
Unless you have advised Clipping Path Shop otherwise in writing, you agree that we may use your images on our website as a portfolio only.
8. Intellectual Property
Clipping Path Shop and its licensors own and will continue to own all rights, titles, and interests, including intellectual property rights, to the Service and its original content, features, and functionality.

10. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
10.1 Payment
Clipping Path Shop requires all individual clients to make full payment for services before the work begins or you can ask us for monthly payment after work. Payment methods accepted are Paypal, Credit cards, Master card, Visa, Amex, Wire transfer, Payoneer, Bank transfer. Recurring monthly and weekly payment options may also be available. Clipping Path Shop reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment at any time. All expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
10.2 Quality Guarantee & Refunds
At Clipping Path Shop, we always strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the final results of your project, we offer unlimited modifications and amendments as necessary. All requests for revisions or refunds must be made within 5 days of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any amendment request if the client changes the original requirements. If the performed images meet the same quality standards as the approved trial image, we cannot refund the order. However, if your needs have changed, we may be able to adjust the images at a reduced cost. Payments for quotes can be made directly to Clipping Path Shop. If the customer has downloaded their images and cannot provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction, we will not provide a refund.
If the refund request is approved by Clipping Path Shop and its payment gateway providers, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit card payments will be refunded within one (1) business day.
- Wire transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days, and the cost of transfer will be borne by the end-user.
- PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day.
- Other payment methods will be refunded within five (5) to fourteen (14) business days.

11. Quotes and Orders
If the images of a Client’s order does not match the sample provided with the original quote, the order may be canceled. Clipping Path Shop may provide a new quote which the Client can use to place a separate order. If an order is placed using an order template for which the original quote provided was based on a different type or category of images, Clipping Path Shop may cancel the order and provide a new quote the Client can use to place a separate order.
12. Turnaround Time
When a Client selects a turnaround time when placing an order, that time begins after the Client has finished uploading all of the images to be edited. The time does not begin when the order is submitted. Clipping Path Shop provides express delivery services in Less than 2 hours but our normal delivery is 24 hours. So you will get your done files within 24 hours or less. The turnaround time depends on your image quantity. Clipping Path Shop reserves the right to change the delivery time to contact you and you may accept our request.
13. Third-Party Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the owners of the Content and few distributors are intended beneficiaries of the Agreements and have the right to enforce the Agreements directly against you. Other than as set out in this section, the Agreements are not intended to grant rights to anyone except you and Clipping Path Shop, and in no event shall the Agreements create any third-party beneficiary rights. Anymore, the rights to terminate, rescind, or agree to any variation, waiver, or settlement of the Agreements are not subject to the consent of any other person.
14. Assignment
Clipping Path Shop may assign the Agreements and Clipping Path Shop may represent any of its obligations under the Agreements. You may not assign the Agreements, nor transfer or sub-license your rights under the Agreements, to any third party.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
